HEPFULL HINTS

We have put all our know how and
used only our best ingredients to prepare
these tender duck wing drumettes.
You will find the delicately flavoured
duck meat enhanced with a delicious
honey garlic sauce. As an appetizer
or a dish, the whole family will be
pleased with this new original delight.
Cooking instructions
Keep frozen until ready to cook.
Do not refreeze if thawed.

For best results prepare wing drumettes
in conventional oven.

Cooking time may vary depending
on oven or grill.

Conventional oven:

Cook from frozen. Preheat oven
to 395°F (200°C).

Remove wing drumettes from bag.
Place on a baking sheet on the middle rack
of oven. Do not cover.

Heat for 20 to 25 minutes turning once
halfway through cooking time or to obtain
crispy skin, heat for 20 minutes then broil
for few minutes.

Microwave:

Cook from frozen.

Remove wing drumettes from bag.

Place 5 wing drumettes on
a microwaveable dish.

Heat on high for 4 to 5 minutes.
Let stand 1 minute.

Barbecue or grill:

Cook from frozen. Preheat grill.

Remove wing drumettes from bag and
put them directly on grill.

Cover and grill at medium for 4 minutes
turning often. Grill at medium-low for
4 to 6 minutes turning wing drumettes
every minute.
