Our Duck General Tao is made from duck tender cuts seasoned in a soya sauce base marinade, lightly battered and fried crisp to lock in all the flavours and served with a Szechwan inspired sauce. Easy and quick to prepare…, from the freezer to the oven …, flip on a serving platter and enjoy!

Conventional oven:

keep frozen until cooking.

Preheat oven to 350ºF (175ºC).

Remove from packaging and peel off protective film.
Place tray on the middle rack of oven.
Cook 10 to 12 minutes or until the dough is crispy.
Remove from oven and turn over on a serving platter making sure that the sauce coats the morsels of battered duck.

Cooking time may vary depending on oven..
