We have marinated minced duck meat in a reduction of raspberry vinegar and red onions. To complete the mixture we added white cabbage, seasoning and wrapped it in a traditional egg roll dough. Our Asian inspired duck spring rolls are ideal served as an appetizer or a light meal.

Conventional oven:

keep frozen until cooking.

Preheat oven to 350F (175C).

Remove duck spring.

Rolls from plastic packaging and place on a cookie sheet and bake on the middle rack of the oven for 8 to 10 minutes or until the dough is crispy.

Cooking time may vary depending on oven.
