• Preheat oven to 325oF (163oC). • Place legs in a roasting pan on the middle rack of oven. Cover and heat for 2 hours and 30 minutes. • Remove legs from the pan and let drain. • Baste legs with the sauce of your choice (BBQ, ribs, …). • Roast in a pan or on the grill for a crispy skin. Or • Preheat oven to 400oF (200oC). • Sprinkle duck legs with spices of your choice. Place on a baking sheet. • Cover. Bake for 45 minutes. • Reduce heat to 350oF (180oC). Uncover and bake 50 to 60 minutes. • Cooking is complete when meat easily falls from the bone. |
