Cooking instructions
Our duck legs are at their best when
braised or boiled.
Preheat oven to 325oF (163oC).

Place legs in a roasting pan on the middle
rack of oven. Cover and heat for 2 hours
and 30 minutes.

Remove legs from the pan and let drain.  

Baste legs with the sauce of your choice
(BBQ, ribs, …).

Roast in a pan or on the grill for a crispy skin. 

Or 

Preheat oven to 400oF (200oC).

Sprinkle duck legs with spices of your choice.
Place on a baking sheet.

Cover. Bake for 45 minutes.

Reduce heat to 350oF (180oC). Uncover
and bake 50 to 60 minutes.

Cooking is complete when meat easily falls
from the bone.
