Recipe sugestions
Dried, smoked and sliced duck magret
can be enjoyed in many ways. Try some
of the following mouth-watering recipes.
Apetizers:

Wrap cooked asparagus tips with
the duck smoked magret seasoned with
old fashioned mustard.

Garnish toast with goat cheese,
sun dried tomatoes and smoked duck magret.

Roll sliced magret around leaves of lettuce
and season with olive oil and freshly ground pepper.

Wrap small avocado cubes, cantaloupe,
pineapple or fresh figs and secure with a toothpick.


First courses or main dishes:

Add to caesar or mesclun salad and sprinkle
with raspberry salad dressing.

Enhance your fresh pasta, omelette and
pizza recipies with the smoked duck magret.

Add duck sliced magret to tomato slices
topped with bocconcini cheese and
fresh basil leaves.
