Our duck roast, made only of tender
breast meat, is a delectable dish that
allows you to savour the full natural
flavour of duck when cooked as is
or seasoned to your taste.
Carefully barded and tied, it’s easy
to prepare, requires little cooking time,
and is sure to delight your guests.
Cooking instructions
Duck roast is at its best when served
medium rare. Internal temperature
reaches 175°F (80°C).

Pre-heat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Remove from packaging and place
in a roasting pan.

Grill over high heat for a few minutes
until browned on each side. 

Once browned, place roasting pan in oven
and cook for 50-55 min. Cooking time may
vary depending on oven.

Remove from heat and let stand for
15 minutes. Remove netting, slice and serve.
