Cooking instructions Duck roast is at its best when served medium rare. Internal temperature reaches 175°F (80°C). • Pre-heat oven to 375°F (190°C). • Remove from packaging and place in a roasting pan. • Grill over high heat for a few minutes until browned on each side. • Once browned, place roasting pan in oven and cook for 50-55 min. Cooking time may vary depending on oven. • Remove from heat and let stand for 15 minutes. Remove netting, slice and serve. |
